The Penthouse is one of Canada's oldest continuously operating adult entertainment venues — a downtown Vancouver institution at 1019 Seymour Street that has been running since 1947. Originally opened by the Filippone brothers as an after-hours spot for touring jazz and cabaret performers, it evolved through supper club, burlesque theatre, and strip club formats.
