ZAI sits at 700 E Fremont Street — corner of 7th and Fremont, directly across from Container Park — in Downtown Las Vegas, not on the Strip. It's a two-story hybrid venue: the ground floor holds the Crooked Cricket Bar, and the rooftop level is the main nightclub, with a dance floor, VIP tables overlooking Fremont's neon corridor, hookah service, and a food truck out front. Opened March 2023, it ran as one of DTLV's more active independent nightlife spots before going dark sometime around early 2026.
