OUR FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS REGARDING OUR CRAWLS

📍 General Event Questions

Q: What time does the bar crawl start?

The crawl begin at 7:00 PM. Check your ticket or confirmation email for the starting window and recommended arrival time.

Q: Where do I check in and pick up my wristband?

To obtain your wristband, you must check in at the Starting Venue between 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM to get your wristband.

Q: Can I skip the check-in venue and go to other bars?

If your event uses wristbands: ❌ No, you must check in at the first venue to participate.

Q: What do I get upon buying the tickets?

Your ticket grants you access to all participating venues, themed parties, and exclusive drink specials (where available).

Q: There are no hosts, what do we do?

This is a self-guided crawl. Just follow the schedule in your digital map and show your wristband at each venue. No check-ins between stops are needed.

Q: Do I need to print my ticket?

Nope! Just show your ticket on your phone from email or your mobile wallet.

Q: I bought multiple tickets — do we need to check in together?

Not required. Each person just needs their own valid ticket to check in.

Q: What does the wristband get me?

Entry to all participating crawl venues for FREE, themed parties, and access to any listed drink specials at select venues.

🍸 Venue Access & Expectations

Q: Do I have to pay cover at the bars?

No — just show your wristband for free entry at all crawl venues.

Q: Are drink specials guaranteed?

Drink specials vary by venue and are subject to change. Most participating spots offer crawl-exclusive pricing, or have a holiday/event specific special.

Q: What if the staff don’t seem to know about the crawl?

Ask to speak with the manager or security. Show your wristband. Some part-time staff may not have all the info, but management is always briefed. There is also a contact name on the crawl map page for each bar that you can ask for. This contact has confirmed knowledge of the crawl.

Q: The bar listed is closed — what now?

If a venue closes unexpectedly, the crawl continues at all other participating locations. We update attendees if any major changes happen. You can proceed to an alternative bar on the crawl map.

Q: Did this event happen? We didn’t see any people.

Yes! Crawls are self-paced, and people move between bars at different times. You might not see large groups unless you stick to the suggested schedule which is highly recommended.

Q: Why do I need to line up if I have a wristband?

Even with a wristband, you are required to line up as there is often security checks at each bar. Just because you’ve been ID’d and checked in at one bar, doesn’t ensure that someone hasn’t brought something potentially harmful between stops. Security line-ups at each venue is for your safety, and the safety of other crawlers.

💸 Refunds & Issues

Q: Can I get a refund?

All sales are final unless the event is officially canceled. If there was a major access issue during check-in hours, contact us with details.

Q: Staff seem unaware of the crawl. What should we do?

Ask for a manager or head of security. Show them your event confirmation. There is also a contact name on the crawl map page for each bar that you can ask for. This contact has confirmed knowledge of the crawl. If there’s still confusion, reach out via the support link on the map page.
